NOW HIRING: Creative Strategist


We are looking for a full-time Creative Strategist — is it you? The right candidate is obsessed with data and all things internet.

Duties & Responsibilities

As part of the creative team, your primary responsibility is to develop the strategic elements of our work — from pitching clients to optimizing content to reporting campaign results, you are focused on how data can tell a story. 

  • Act as lead Strategist on projects, working alongside other department leads, from kick-off through launch 
  • Define the “Why?” at the start of a project to ensure our work has a strategic north star that meets the brief 
  • Ideate programming ideas and implement strategies to support channels growth
  • Navigate analytics and reportings for the most prominent social platforms 
  • Your knowledge of the digital space keeps our work at the vanguard of our industry
  • Review content and oversee launches to track, monitor, and ensure compliance with FTC standards 
  • Evaluate talent candidates  to ensure they will meet the client’s business objectives and maximize KPIs
  • Work with Creative, Production, and Post to lock down social content objectives and production guidelines
  • Draft content launch plans to guide the successful execution of our work
  • Collect and analyze campaign data, providing insights and findings for our clients and team
  • Evolve our Strategic capability to ensure that our work is thoughtful, bold, and streamlined

Experience & Capabilities

The right individual will have 5+ years of experience working in digital content creation, with a specific focus on strategy. Experience in digital marketing/advertising is a huge plus, in addition to:

  • Innate organizational and data analysis skills
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, concise language
  • Expertise in creative development and content production
  • Ability to proactively solve issues, keeping up the momentum of the work and positive team dynamics
  • An ability to balance the big picture with day-to-day project work
  • Ability to present work and facilitate discussions in meetings
  • A passion to uphold the quality of our work at all phases of a project
  • Experience with Google Suite, Tubular Labs, and industry-standard Social Listening tools
