NOW HIRING: Creative Strategist


We are looking for a strategist to join our team — is it you? The right candidate is obsessed with how data, trends, and insights inform the creative process.

We partner with global brands and platforms like YouTube, Google, Lenovo, Target, Snapchat, and Clorox alongside a new generation of talent to make content that rises above the noise. We pride ourselves in taking on huge challenges – from internet culture-defining projects to feature documentaries – and our in-house team of creatives, strategists, talent leads, producers, and project managers push one other to produce our best work with each new project.

Our team is looking to hire a Creative Strategist, who will use data, insights, best practices, and trends to inform and elevate our work. We are open to candidates seeking contract and full-time opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support for our projects — from providing insights through the creative ideation process, to vetting talent for projects, to building and optimizing content launch plans, to reporting on content performance including launch performance and wrap reports 
  • Provide strategic insights, platform best practices, audience behavior, and social media trends throughout the process to help our content reach audiences
  • Ideate on creative ideas and distribution strategies that will lead to project success
  • Draft content launch plans to guide the successful execution of our work
  • Oversee content launches to track, monitor, and optimize performance and ensure compliance 
  • Evaluate distribution and talent partners to ensure client’s business objectives and KPIs are being met
  • Collect and analyze data, providing insights and learnings for our clients and team

Experience & Capabilities

  • The right individual will have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working in digital content, specifically focused on Youtube channel management and audience development strategy
  • A deep understanding of social media metrics for reach and engagement across YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok
  • Innate data analysis and interpretations skills 
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, concise language
  • An ability to balance both the quantitative and qualitative side of the strategy process
  • Ability to proactively solve challenges, keeping up the momentum of the work and maintaining positive team collaboration
  • An appreciation of the creator ecosystem, audiences and community building across   platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Experience with data platforms such as YouTube analytics, and third-party tools like CreatorIQ, Tubular Labs, and more
