We pride ourselves in taking on huge challenges – from internet culture-defining projects to feature documentaries – and our in-house team of creatives, strategists, talent leads, producers, and editors push one other to produce our best work with each new project.
Our team is looking to hire a contract Talent Coordinator who will support in managing talent across our branded and original projects, working closely on execution with our project, creative, and strategy teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support team of talent producers across team initiatives and projects, including in talent sourcing, communications, tracking, and launch of content
- Build talent lists, creative materials, and tracking documents alongside project team
- Stay up to date on and track project details
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure creativity, efficiency, and clarity
- Stay up to date on emerging and established content creators across verticals
- Help keep talent and their teams accountable around deliverables and deadlines
- Creatively and proactively problem solve
Experience & Capabilities
- 1-2 years of experience working with content creators and/or brands at an agency, management company, production company, or otherwise
- Knowledgeable of online trends, creators, and platforms, particularly in tech and gaming
- Excellent writing, communication, and administrative skills a must
- Ability to work proactively and independently keeping various priorities in mind
- Detail-oriented to the extreme
- Experience with talent outreach and tracking
- Able to multi-task and manage a variety of project needs
- Active and experienced in digital media, personally and/or professionally
- Strong team building, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to establish priorities and work under time constraints
- Willingness to work on a collaborative team in a startup environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive
- Social media strategy knowledge a plus

We are open to candidates who reside anywhere within the U.S., with a preference for NYC, LA, and the Bay Area — while this is a remote position, please note that our team works PST business hours.
