NOW HIRING: Senior Creative Strategist

Our team is looking to hire a Senior Creative Strategist, who will use data, insights, best practices, and trends to inform and elevate our work.

Duties & Responsibilities

As part of the creative team, your primary responsibility is to develop the strategic elements of our work — from pitching new work to optimizing content launches to reporting campaign results, you are focused on how data can tell a story. 

  • Act as lead strategist on projects, working alongside other project leads, from kick-off through launch 
  • Work hand-in-hand with creative, talent, design, post, and production teams to help inform creative development, talent selection, asset development, and content creation with strategic insights, best practices, and trends.
  • Define the “why?” at the start of a project to ensure our work has a strategic north star that meets the brief and will lead to breakthrough work
  • Navigate trends, data, and best practices for the most prominent social video platforms
  • Ideate on creative ideas and distribution strategies that will lead to project success
  • Draft content launch plans to guide the successful execution of our work
  • Oversee content launches to track, monitor, and optimize performance and ensure compliance 
  • Evaluate distribution and talent partners to ensure client’s business objectives and KPIs are being met
  • Collect and analyze data, providing insights and learnings for our clients and team
  • Evolve our strategy to ensure our process and outcomes are best in class
  • Develop a knowledge of the digital and social content space in order to keep our work at the vanguard of our industry

Experience & Capabilities

The right individual will have 5+ years of experience working in digital content creation, with a specific focus on strategy. Experience in digital advertising and entertainment is a huge plus, in addition to:

  • Innate organizational and data analysis abilities
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, concise language
  • An ability to balance both the quantitative and qualitative side of the strategy process
  • Expertise in bringing together creative development and production with strategy
  • Ability to proactively solve challenges, keeping up the momentum of the work and maintaining positive team collaboration
  • A deep understanding of platforms like YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
  • An ability to balance the big picture priorities with day-to-day project work
  • Ability to present work to your colleagues and to clients, and lead discussions and brainstorms
  • A passion to uphold the quality of our work at all phases of a project
  • Experience with strategic tools such as Tubular Labs, CreatorIQ, YouTube analytics, and more.
